Score 91/100 · Drink 2018-2028, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Aug 2017
The 2014 Pouilly Fuisse Ampelopsis, which undergoes an extended 20-month maturation, exudes cold stone, wet limestone on the nose with veins of nectarine and white peach ensuring that it does not come across as austere. The palate is crisp and taut on the entry, quite citric at first then joined by almond and light toffee apple notes toward the finish. I like the style of this Pouilly Fuisse, although personally I prefer the raciness and nervosité offered by some the domaine's best 2015s.
