Score 90+/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Jan 2004

Bright, perfumed aromas of citrus skin and minerals. Juicy, very fresh and tightly wound, with pure mineral flavors. Rather powerful, soil-driven wine that conveys a stronger impression of distinctive terroir than the Longeays. Precise and persistent on the aftertaste.

Quite nutty, full, and beguiling. Very slightly soft, but exciting. (JR)
