Tasting notes
A delicate nose, gently floral, showing bread-crust and strawberry aromas. Medium-sized bubbles, much finer at the end, with zesty acidity and light body. The long finish is toasty and precise. Drink now.

Full bottle 1,644 g. This proved to be an irresistibly food-friendly wine! We opened it to look at food-wine pie pairings for Thanksgiving and it was an unexpectedly good pairing (the best of all, in fact) with steak and Stilton pie, but also really good with Melton Mowbray pork pie and spicy, hearty Jamaican patties. There is a really good balance of dosage and acidity here, uplifting the wine's fruitiness. It’s strawberry sweet, playful, charming, and very much trying to appeal. Buckets and buckets of fresh fruit. The acidity is a little sherbet, a little central-core fizzy. Chalky texture. Pretty and vibrant. (TC)
Linden, leafy, lemon-bush and kir character. Light body with crisp acidity and soft bubbles. Quite raw and simple palate, yet polished on the finish. Drink now.
A bright salmon color, the NV Champagne Brut Rosé is a fresh style with aromas of ripe peach, melon, wet stone, and tangerine. Approachable and medium-bodied, it has an elegant mousse as well as a refreshing and clean finish. Ideal for drinking young and as an aperitif, it’s a springy and attractive rosé.
