2022 Pouilly Fuisse

The 2022 Pouilly-Fuissé is the château's major cuvée: 12 hectares from 25 parcels, mainly around Fuissé. With 60% aged in cask and the rest in concrete vat, it has a clean and pure bouquet with a touch of wild honey and yellow fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with a sensual roundness on the entry. The oak is marked at the moment, rendering it a little generic, so afford it another 12 months in bottle.
