2018 Pouilly Fuisse Terroirs De Vergisson

From chalky sites around the rock of Vergisson that tend to suffer in warm, dry conditions, the 2018 Pouilly-Fuissé Terroirs de V. has nevertheless turned out well this year, exhibiting a pretty bouquet of citrus zest, lemon curd and white flowers. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and attractively tensile, with bright acids, pure fruit tones and a chalky finish.
