2019 Pouilly Fuisse

The 2019 Pouilly-Fuissé, the flagship of the estate, saw 80% aged in vat unlike the usual 50% because of the small production. Light white flower and citrus scents on the nose, touches of crushed rock emerge with time. The palate is balanced with red apple and pear, a fine bead of acidity, perhaps just needing a little more complexity on the finish.
