Tasting notes
(this wine was previously called Autour de Fuissé): Deeper, slightly funky aromas of smoke and gunflint. Offers good richness and depth for the year, with ripe, concentrated stone fruit flavors framed by harmonious acidity. Conveys a smoky impression of terroir . The berries were small in 2013, noted director Braccini, who said it was important to press gently to avoid bitterness; she stirred the lees only in barrels that she thought needed it.

A ripe and fresh but not really exotic nose of white peach and pear aromas is trimmed in subtle oak nuances. There is good detail to the vibrant middle weight flavors that exude a subtle minerality onto the succulent, balanced and lingering citrus-tinged finish that offers solid depth and persistence. This too should be accessible almost immediately upon release.
