Score 88/100 · Drink 2014-2018, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Oct 2014

The 2012 Mâcon Vergisson la Roche is well-defined on the nose with more terroir expression than the Montbrison. The palate is taut and focused with good weight in the mouth, well-judged acidity and a generous, spicy finish. This is a harmonious Mâcon-Vergisson that does not contain any fireworks, but you will contentedly finish the bottle.
