Tasting notes
From magnum. Pale fresh colour. There is some verbena on the nose, backed by a little oak. Quite complex, with a little reduction but especially some fresh limeflower notes. The minerals are very much there on the palate. This is not a blockbuster but is a delicious white wine in a refined style. Tasted Jun 2019.

All Chardonnay. Very pale. Very tight and some richness underneath with smoky tension and a little bit honey. He reckons he picked a little late. But it’s lots of fun. If not very persistent. (JR)
