Tasting notes
Full bright yellow. Sexy mature aromas of apricot, marzipan and olive, plus a faint balsamic nuance. Juicy and fine-grained if a bit more compressed on the palate than on the nose, displaying the high yield of the vintage but still offering plenty of life. Turns a bit lean and dusty toward the back end, suggesting that this wine will not expand any further and should be drunk soon. (59 h/h, the highest yield of any of the vintages at my vertical tasting; 3.28 pH; 4.05 g/l acidity)

Bright, pale color. Nut oil, baking spices, minerals, iodine and charred oak on the nose. Rich and bright, with intriguing flavors of minerals and citrus skin. The mineral component became stronger as the wine opened in the glass. Finishes with lovely subtle length.
