Tasting notes
Based on 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged 22 months in French oak, the 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard comes from a great valley floor site in Rutherford. It offers beautiful purity with darker currants, blue fruits, leafy underbrush, tobacco, and roasted coffee aromatics. Medium to full-bodied, it has a pure, seamless, layered mouthfeel with ultra-fine tannins, integrated acidity, and a great finish. This is seriously fabulous stuff that I love today, yet it's going to have 20-25 years of longevity. Drink 2025-2050.

Myriad takes fruit from six different blocks off this site. The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard features oodles of ripe cherries, nuanced by hints of softly dusty earth and Tahitian vanilla. Full-bodied and plush, almost creamy in feel, with a long, mouthwatering, supple finish, it's a terrific wine this year.
