Tasting notes
The 2023 Côte de Nuits-Villages is especially good (as of next year, it will become Fixin, but the vineyard won't change). Exhibiting aromas of blackberries, mulberries, licorice and spices, it's medium to full-bodied, layered and textural, with excellent concentration and a long finish.

The 2023 Côte de Nuits Villages will be the final vintage under this name; it will become Fixin Village from the 2024 vintage. This has a clean and precise bouquet: dark cherries once again, touches of violet and iris flower joining the chorus line with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with crunchy blackcurrant and wild strawberry fruit, a healthy sprinkling of black pepper and light graphite notes toward the finish. Very fine.
