Score 91/100 · Drink 2026-2033, Yohan Castaing, Wine Advocate, May 2026

Crafted from vines planted on the granite soils of Tupin, the 2023 La Rosine Syrah is attractive and expressive, offering aromas of dark berries, flowers, dark cherries and pepper. Medium- to full-bodied, juicy and layered, it combines freshness with a certain delicacy of texture, concluding with a long, perfumed and ethereal finish.

Now released under the Vin de France label, the 2023 Collines Rhodaniennes La Rosine offers beautiful red and black cherries, peppery herbs, leather, and loamy earth notes on the nose. It's medium-bodied, has a pure, layered mouthfeel, a beautiful core of sweet fruit, and outstanding length. Drink 2026-2034.

Earthy and spicy tones, griotte cherry and silhouettes of violets introduce the 2023 La Rosine, a medium-bodied and smoothly wrought Syrah grown right outside the border of the Côte-Rôtie appellation. Totally savory, the 2023 levels off with softly radiant spiciness on the refined finish.
