Score 85-87/100 · Drink 2024-2031, Neal Martin, Jan 2023
The 2021 Beaune Les Tuvilains 1er Cru has a fragrant bouquet with brambly red fruit laced with black tea and clove aromas. Fine delineation. The palate is well balanced with a tangy opening, dark fruit mixed with brine touches. Saline, yet it needs a little more finesse on the finish.
