2020 Riesling Schutt Smaragd

Smelling this beauty, you wouldn't dream that it came from a difficult vintage! The wide-screen nose is brimming with stone and citrus fruit, but also thyme, chamomile and dill. Enormous concentration and brilliance, the whole balanced on the point of a needle. The finish is still quite tightly wound, but the minerality is already very emphatic. Decades of aging potential.
