(includes Faiveley's "two buckets" of Musigny) Bright ruby-red. Precise aromas of red and black berries, minerals and violet. Juicy, sharply delineated and intense, with terrific inner-mouth energy and a real whiplash of fruit on the back. Finishes very long and perfumed, with firm tannins and lovely lift. I never would have guessed the vintage.
