Tasting notes
The 2024 Rahoul has a tad more fruit and depth on the nose, with mulberry and dark plum scents to the fore. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, but it lacks some weight on the mid-palate and feels dry on the finish. Another 2024 where the white is better.

A little lean but showing some pleasant berry, pepper and cherry character. Medium-bodied with a slightly light and chewy finish. A blend of 54% merlot, 32% cabernet sauvignon and 14% petit verdot.
54% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon and 14% Petit Verdot. Cask sample. Aromatically some interest. Red- and dark-fruit notes. Juicy and fresh on the palate. Tannins supple and fine. Clean finish. Correct. (JL)
