Offering up discreet aromas of dark berries, licorice and plums, the 2024 Pastourelle de Clerc Milon is medium-bodied, lively and fine-boned, with an ample, open-knit core and delicate, powdery tannins.
Love the smoky sandalwood edge, and a punch of dark fruit that really grips on and shows lovely depth through the mid palate, good job in this vintage, austere on the finish but with a kick. Harvest 24 September to 6 October. 3.64 pH. No new oak
The 2024 Pastourelle de Clerc Milon is plush, sensual and enveloping, as it so often is. Plum, blackberry, licorice, lavender, sage and grilled herbs fill out the layers effortlessly. Soft contours wrap it all together in style as the 2024 gains flesh through the mid-palate and into the finish. This is such an inviting wine.
