NV Mas Amiel Maury 20 Ans d'Age

The NV Maury 20 Ans is 100% Grenache that saw a traditional vinification before spending a year outside in cask and then moved to larger foudre inside the cellar. It’s a cask selection with the youngest being 20 years in age. Loaded with notes of sweet and sour herbs, black figs, candied licorice and cigar wrapper, it’s medium to full-bodied, elegant and lively textured, with good acidity. It pushes on the sour edge, and won’t be for everyone, yet there’s lots to like here still.
