Reticent, elegant aroma of yellow plum. Fat and fleshy, with an enticing restrained sweetness and a fairly fine-grained texture. Conveys a strong impression of soil. In contrast to the Bressandes, this is from the bottom of the hillside.

Good deep red-ruby. Perfumed aromas of black cherry and minerals. Sweet, spicy and soft, with attractive fruit and spice flavors and plenty of inner-palate energy. Finishes spicy and persistent. This was racked in July and is showing well today.
