Good medium red. High-toned aromas of cherry, five-spice powder, herbs and smoked duck. Dense, sweet and silky but with a cool, minty aspect. In fact, this stylish wine has a distinctly herbal character.

Good deep red. Musky aromas of black fruits, violet and smoke. Very silky entry, then suave and tangy in the middle palate, with noteworthy volume and great early charm. Complicating notes of herbs, smoke and underbrush. Very sweet and smooth on the back end.
