Score 92/100 · Drink 2015-2020, Antonio Galloni, Vinous, Nov 2015
The 2010 Extra Brut Efflorescence comes across as quite lifted and even a bit diffuse, with plenty of aromatic presence, soft edges and lovely overall balance. Perfumed orchard fruit and floral notes are expressive in the glass. Medium in body and quite accessible, the 2010 should drink well with minimal cellaring. The Efflorescence is fermented and aged in neutral oak, which introduces a bit more oxygen than is present in the other wines, all of which are done in steel. Non-dosé. Disgorged: April 2015.
