Score 85-87/100 · Stephen Tanzer, Vinous, Mar 2006
(this was about to be racked when I tasted it) Medium red. Reduced, peppery nose. Sweet on entry, then firm and brisk in the middle, with dark cherry and spicy oak flavors complicated by herbs and pepper. About 60% of the fruit was destemmed, up from 20% to 30% in the past, as Jeremy Seysses is moving in the direction of vinifying whole clusters.

Light red. Savoury nose – very transparent and lively. Pure pleasure, but quite light. (JR)
