Seeing close to 18 months in barrique, the 2006 Domaine de Beaurenard (Paul Coulon et Fils) Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc Boisrenard shows stunning, tropical aromatics of pineapple, peach, vanilla and smoke. There’s nice ripeness but also notable lift and freshness as well. The palate is medium to full bodied with impressive balance, nice cut and precision and a long, enjoyable finish.
