Score 90-93/100 · Drink 2007-2022, Robert Parker, Apr 2007
The black/purple-colored 2005 Cornas Billes Noires is full-bodied, rich, inky, with blueberry and blackberry fruit intermixed with incense, acacia flower, and crushed rocks. The tannins seem slightly softer, but this is still a big, mouth-staining style of Cornas which should drink handsomely for 10-15 years. Importer: J. A. O. Wine, McLean, VA.
