Score 92/100 · Drink 2026-2032, Luis Gutiérrez, Wine Advocate, Sep 2025

The 2022 Pinot Noir Sous La Tour was produced with the grapes from a limestone-rich plot near La Tour de Curon, fermented with full clusters and indigenous yeasts in open oak vats with four weeks of maceration and matured in oak barrels for two years. It shows ripe berry fruit and more finesse than the Pinot from En Barberon, with fine tannins, perfumed and elegant.

The 2022 Côtes du Jura Pinot Noir Sous la Tour was vinified with 100% whole clusters, macerated for four weeks and underwent two years of élevage. Bottled in November 2024, it showcases ripe red fruits with mild stemmy gradations. Framed by chalky tannins and showing a trace of volatile acidity, the 2022 is best kept in the cellar for another year.
