Score 90/100 · Drink 2025-2028, Nicolas Greinacher, Vinous

The 2018 Côtes du Jura Pinot Noir outperforms the 2017 I tasted last year. Inviting and perfumed, it opens with ripe black cherry, wild strawberry and earthy tones. Framed by a chalky tannic grip, the medium-bodied 2018 is drinking well today, though I expect it to remain strong for at least another three years.
