NV Gaspard Brochet Chardonnay Tome IV

Made from Chardonnay planted in 1989 in the lieu-dit Les Près Mousseaux, mid-slope Écueil, Gaspard Brochet’s NV Blanc de Blancs Pie Tome IV (2022) is a pure expression of the vintage, vinified almost exclusively in new oak and disgorged in January 2025. It unveils an aromatic bouquet of crisp yellow apple, dried white flowers, vanilla and cedar, subtly framed by a youthful reductive note. The palate is medium- to full-bodied, structured and focused, with a concentrated fruit core, vivid acidity and a long, lemon-inflected finish.
