Piercing limey citrus nose. Intense, mouth-watering freshness with some green fruits filling out the palate. Rounded, leesy texture, mouth-watering and complete. (JH)

The 2023 Saint-Aubin La Chatenière 1er Cru has another quite flinty bouquet, though here, I would just like to see a little more intensity. The palate is a step up with a pithy entry, a little waxy in texture, spicier than the Le Remilly with a tad more weight on the finish. Good potential.
