Score 84/100 · Drink 2025-2028, Neal Martin, Jun 2025

The 2023 Chablis Côte de Léchet 1er Cru has a simple, grass clipping- and damp moss-scented nose. The palate is light and fresh, but it then stumbles on the mid-palate and I dislike the bitter, muddled finish. Tasted blind at the BIVB offices in Chablis.
