The 2023 Chambolle-Musigny Village offers up aromas of cherries, raspberries and petals, followed by a medium-bodied, lively and fine-boned palate that's bright and saline. It's a pretty, delicate wine that will show well young.
The 2023 Chambolle-Musigny Village feels slightly muddled on the nose but gains clarity in the glass. An almost mulchy undergrowth aroma filters through the red fruit. The palate is framed by fine tannins and moderate weight, open-knit with slightly tart red fruit laced with white pepper on the finish. This will be "open for business" after a couple of years.
