The entry-level CdP here—the 2019 Chateauneuf du Pape— is a blend of 80% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 7% Mourvèdre and 3% Cinsault, all matured in tank. It's ripe and dark-fruited, with notes of plum and cola on the nose, while the palate is full-bodied and velvety in feel but not overly concentrated, with flavors that fade a bit quickly on the finish.

Garrigue, savory red fruits, and spice come alive with little effort. Here, you find a medium-bodied, elegant, soft, fruit-filled, expression of Grenache. There is a lushness to the fruits that feels just great on your palate. This is already so easy to drink, I snuck in a taste or two, writing this note. The Mourvedre in the blend adds a lot to the wine. Drink from 2023 - 2035 93 Points

Classic red and black fruits, peppery herbs, spice, and dried flower notes emerge from the 2019 Châteauneuf Du Pape, a ripe, sexy, rounded, traditional Châteauneuf du Pape that has medium to full-bodied richness, sweet tannins, and a great finish. It's going to drink brilliantly for 10-12 years.

Brilliant violet. Spice-accented red and dark berries, candied licorice and lavender on the fragrant nose. Plush and appealingly sweet, offering juicy red and blue fruit flavors that tighten up and become livelier with air. Shows fine definition and spicy lift on a long, smooth finish framed by subtle, well-absorbed tannins.
