Score 86-88/100 · Drink 2016-2022, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Dec 2014

The 2013 Aloxe-Corton Village (white) comes from Pinot Gris and is matured in 50% used and 50% new 350-liter barrels. It has a slightly smudged bouquet that needs more definition and mineral notes to come through. The palate is better: nicely balanced with just a touch of salinity developing toward the lemon-infused finish. Fine.
