From young vines planted on clay and calcareous soils, the 2022 Minervois L'O de la Vie Cazelles reveals a lively, complex bouquet of dark wild berries, flowers, spices and mulberries. Moderately weighted and perfectly balanced, it's round and enveloping, with a juicy core of fruit that leads to a long, ethereal finish. This elegant, lovely wine was matured exclusively in stainless steel.

About the producer

Jean-Paul Tollot & Anne Gros
Anne Gros is better known for her estate in Vosne-Romanée, as is her partner Jean-Paul Tollot for his family’s Domaine Tollot-Beaut in Chorey-lès-Beaune. Beyond Burgundy, however, the duo makes some impressive wine in Cazelles in the Minervois, working with higher-altitude vineyards.
