Score 90/100 · Drink 2014-2017, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Oct 2014
The 2013 St Veran en Faux comes from 1.33-hectares with a southwest exposure, vines mainly planted at the beginning of the 1970s on pink limestone and aged in cask. It has a very attractive bouquet with citrus peel, yellow flowers, lemon thyme and light limestone scents. The palate is mouth-sapping salinity right on the entry with very good depth and balance. The acidity is nicely judged and marries nicely with the concentrated honey-tinged finish. This is a very fine Saint Véran.
