Score 86/100 · Drink 2017-2021, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Aug 2017

The 2015 St Veran en Faux, which spent eight months on the fine lees, was showing more reduction on the nose than its Pouilly-Fuissé counterparts this vintage. The palate is honeyed in texture and as a consequence does not quite deliver the requisite tension and energy. That said, it is clean and balanced, if just missing the nervosité that a cooler vintage would have brought.
