Score 92/100 · Drink 2023-2028, Luis Gutiérrez, Wine Advocate, Jul 2023

The Savagnin 2018 Sous la Roche comes from a selection of different plots planted on gray marl soils from Trias and is the ripest of the 2018 whites, with 14.5% alcohol. It has quite a noticeable bitterness in the finish and is a bit massive for the Ganevat style, a little rounder and ample. This is not the best vintage for this wine.
