Score 84-86/100 · Drink 2017-2025, Neal Martin, Wine Advocate, Dec 2014

The 2013 Corton Clos du Roi is completely destemmed and matured in 50% new oak and 50% in 1- and 2-year old oak. It offers light brambly red berry fruit on the nose that needs to develop more vigor. The palate is medium-bodied with chewy tannins, moderate weight in the mouth and a slightly smudged finish.
