The white 2023 Rahoul sashays out with showy notes of orange blossoms, allspice, and lemongrass, leading to a core of apple pie and pear drops. The medium-bodied palate is crunchy and well-structured with appealing texture and freshness, finishing with a citrusy lift.
This is a very clean and focused white with notes of gooseberries, lemon pith, crushed stones and spices. It’s medium-bodied, really tense and vivid. A little chewy at the end.
The 2023 Rahoul Blanc is lovely. Apricot, lemon confit, white pepper, mint and orange blossom open, filling out the layers effortlessly. There’s just the right amount of creaminess. Airy and understated, the 2023 has plenty to offer. Tasted two times.
