Tasting notes
Probably just past its peak years, the 2015 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc still provides ample enjoyment, giving up attractive hints of honey, petrol and candied citrus. It's medium to full-bodied and plump in the mouth, finishing clean and crisp. Drink up.

(80 percent raised in stainless steel tanks and 20 percent in neutral oak demi-muids ) Pale gold. Vibrant, mineral-accented citrus and orchard fruit accents show very good focus and a sexy honeysuckle nuance. Shows very good concentration as well as energy, offering fresh tangerine and quince flavors that deepen and stretch out as the wine opens up. The mineral element returns on the sharply delineated finish, which hangs on with strong tenacity.
(80% aged in stainless steel tanks and the rest in new demi-muids ): Green-tinged yellow. High-pitched citrus and orchard fruit scents show excellent clarity and a strong mineral component. Dry and nervy on the palate, offering nervy Meyer lemon and green apple flavors that deepen and spread out on the back half. Closes taut, stony and very long, displaying a building floral nuance and repeating minerality.
