Tasting notes
The NV MV Rosé (base 2019) is fabulous. It's a Champagne that captures Henri Giraud at their best. Rich, ample and beautifully layered in the glass, the MV Rosé is positively stellar. All of the richness of Pinot Noir in 2019 comes through loud and clear. Readers will find a Rosé that offers tons of energy and textural intensity, but no excess weight. Touches of strawberry, mint, chalk and blood orange linger. Disgorged: August 2025.

Based on the 2018 vintage, the NV Aÿ Grand Cru Fût de Chêne Brut MV Rosé reveals enticing aromas of pastry, peony, red berries, blood orange and menthol. Medium to full-bodied, it is both elegant and elegantly tannic, with a layered and tense structure supported by bright acidity and a long, ethereal finish. This blend consists of 80% Pinot Noir (with 6% as red wine) and 20% Chardonnay, and it was disgorged in February 2023.

A very complex and attractive nose with bright berries and clear, lightly spiced, woody aromas. The palate has a very impactive feel with attractive, fresh red berries and a savory, forest, mushroom finish. Drink or hold.
