Tasting notes
The aromas are very pretty with flowers and peaches. Citrus undertones. Medium to full body and dried-citron and green-apple flavors, not to mention hints of lilacs. Drink now.

(Bouchard makes this wine from 17 parcels, some of which were "too strong and green" for vinifying with whole clusters; the production of 20 hectoliters per hectare was the lowest since 2003; recently racked; 30% new oak): Bright ruby-red. Ripe aromas of black raspberry, cassis, chocolate, cola and menthol, plus a subtle hint of leather. Sweet verging on jammy in the middle palate, then turns much more tannic and saline on the back end, with an emerging herbal quality contributing to an impression of dryness. This will need time in bottle.
