The 2021 Pinot Noir Emma is a single vineyard block from 17-year-old vines, using 30% whole bunch and 40% new oak. It has a very cohesive bouquet with rose petal and violet infused red fruit, precise and focused. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannins, touches of graphite infusing the darker fruit towards the finish that lingers nicely in the mouth. Very fine, but it will need slightly longer in bottle than the "Art".
