2018 Chevalier Montrachet

The 2018 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru shows some volatility on the nose that masks much in the way of terroir expression. The palate is well balanced with a saline entry. Sour lemon mixes with orange zest, moderate depth and fine cohesion. This is missing some complexity considering its status on the bitter, almost nutty finish.
