The 2019 Chablis Vaillons 1er Cru has a light and poised bouquet with white flower and crushed stone scents, unmistakably Chablis. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity. It's quite saline, poised and slightly flinty towards the finish. Very fine.

Aromas of beeswax, crisp yellow orchard fruit, waxy citrus rind and bread dough introduce the 2019 Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons, a medium to full-bodied, supple and satiny wine that's open and charming, concluding with a delicately saline finish. This will drink well young.
