Score 91/100 · Drink 2022-2032, Joe Czerwinski, Wine Advocate, Jan 2023

The plump, floral and spicy 2021 IGP Saint Guilhem le Desert Blanc is a blend of 31% Viognier, 23% Petit Manseng, 13% Chardonnay and 5% Chenin Blanc, with the balance being a blend of other varieties. As usual, it's complex and intriguing, a rich, medium to full-bodied wine that manages to be generous on the palate yet not heavy or tiring to drink. While delicious now, these wines also age exceptionally well, up to a decade (and even beyond, in some cases).
