The 2020 Chablis Terroir de Fyé is lively and perfumed, bursting with aromas of pear, crisp green apple, fresh bread and deftly judged reduction. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and seamless, it's a bright, elegant wine that's already showing well.

The 2020 Chablis Terroir de Fyé sports a small reduction on the nose, but underneath there is plenty of fruit that just needs a few months to be revealed. The palate is well balanced with fine tension and acidity, the limestone lending the sharpness lacking in the Terroir de Courgis. Recommended.
