The 2017 Chablis Côte de Léchet 1er Cru has a generous bouquet with scents of orange rind, earth and light flinty notes. It is a little introspective at the moment. The palate is well balanced with a fine line of acidity, taut and linear with a saline undertow that surfaces on the vivacious finish. Just a great Côte de Léchet.

The 2017 Chablis 1er Cru Côte de Léchet is a bright, elegant wine, unfurling in the glass with notes of ripe lemon, spring flowers and salty oystershells. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, satiny and tangy, with good depth and tension at the core, concluding with a bright, tensile finish.
