2019 Chablis Beauroy

The 2019 Chablis Beauroy 1er Cru is more defined and focused than the 2018, light pressed yellow flower scents intermingling with earthy notes, and touches of lime developing with aeration. The palate is well balanced, with crisp acidity, and quite spicy; a tang of ginger emerges toward the finish. There is a greater sense of purpose and more vivacity in this 2019 compared to the previous vintage.
