Score 91/100 · Drink 2022-2042, William Kelley, Wine Advocate, Jan 2023
The 2020 Beaune Village has turned out beautifully in bottle, mingling aromas of sweet cherries, berries and licorice in an inviting bouquet. Medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, it's seamless and polished, with lively acids and an expansive finish. A terrific value, it underlines just how underrated the Beaune appellation can be in the right hands.

The 2020 Beaune Village, which is completely de-stemmed, has a lovely bouquet with red cherries, raspberry and very light touches of blood orange. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit, a fine bead of acidity, quite fresh and saline with dark fruit emerging towards the piquant finish. This works extremely well.
